The Revolutionary Guards, the elite branch...Hey, there's a blast-from-the-past! Remember the "elite" Republican Guard? You know, those guys that were supposed to pulverize our GIs into dust outside Baghdad?

I would be surprised if our satellites, our other intel assets and our friends and allies couldn't corroborate or deny the truth of their claims...
No way are we in the dark on anything they have or dont have

I can't help but get this mental image of the Russians selling the "state of the art" tech to Iran and selling info on how to defeat it to us.

--as some witty Freeper pointed out yesterday, the only vessel yet sunk by this type of torpedo is the Kursk--

A missile is for "defense"? Who knew?
They fire it at our ships and it is war. And we have the weapons.

Pentagon spokesman Brian Whitman said in Washington ... "the Iranians have also been known to boast and exaggerate their statements about greater technical and tactical capabilities," The public Pentagon position should be that Iran is a serious threat and we need to develop new counter weapons just in case.

Well you know that big mushroom cloud they were advertising in Nevada? That was propaganda for Iran. The article extolled the 700 ton non-nuclear bomb as being able to penetrate deep bunkers. Hmmm...guess Iran in not the only ones testing military devices.

As Carlos "The Mind" of Mencia would say, let's have the Japanese call up the Iranians and ask them if they don't have The History Channel.
