JD Hayworth Nails It Ping!

Arizona Rep. J.D. Hayworth said Saturday that the pro-illegal immigration demonstrations that have swept the nation in the last two weeks send a message of "intimidation" to the general public, which overwhelmingly supports tougher measures on border security.
"To those who say this is simply freedom of expression, I would beg to differ," Hayworth told Westwood One radio host Monica Crowley. "Because under-girding this is the intimation of intimidation."
The Arizona Republican complained: "When you see the Mexican flags and other flags - rather than American flags - being hoisted at these demonstrations, you essentially are getting this message: 'Yes, we are here illegally. No, we do not believe this to be your country. We do not believe in your laws . . . and we don't believe you're going to do anything about it.'"
Hayworth rejected comparisons between the immigration protests and the 1960s civil rights movement, saying the new demonstrations are "totally different."
Back then, he said: "United States citizens were lawfully petitioning their government and assembling for the redress of grievances - specifically that lawful, legal citizens were denied their rights because of the color of their skin." "What you have at these new demonstrations are non-citizens asking for special rights," Hayworth told Crowley.

To the east coast power elite from both parties, JD is a fat, ex-jock, former broadcaster from an unimportant flyover state out in the dead, dreary desert. Of course, Phoenix IS the 5th largest meetro area in the country, is one of very few cities to have all 3 major sports (I do laughingly include the Cards).

Do you know...I don't think the Eastern media elites have EVER even looked out the plane window when flying from New York or Washington DC..to Los Angeles or Las Vegas..
They have zero, nada, zilch clue of how we live or think!

"John McCain Praises Pro-illegal Protests"
Lot of irony here.
McCain likes to tell the story of a fellow POW who painstakingly collected little pieces of thread to weave an American flag while in the Hanoi Hilton. It was an act of courage and patriotism that invited painful beatings and death.
Wonder how McCain's cellmate feels when he sees that same flag despised and desecrated by illegal hordes who waive a foreign banner while arrogantly invoking the rights that they are not entitled to and the POWs were willing to die for.

The methodolgy is wrong because they don't weight for zip codes and age.
I wonder who on earth they poll? I have not talked to a soul who wants them to be allowed to stay, and that includes my liberal friends as well.
