2nd Device Found?

Later in the afternoon, a police robot was used to remove a parcel from the store, which is on Yonge Street just north of the intersection with Bloor Street. Explosives experts then detonated the package.

The initial blast took place just after 1 p.m. EDT.

No, "detonated the package" simply means that they blew it up with their own explosives. It's Standard Operating Procedure for the bomb squad. This other package could've been a bomb, but more likely it was somebody's sack lunch.

The delayed-second-explosion is the trademark of the Islamic terrorist and nobody else. I think this makes it conclusive.
