And those latin TV channels on our cable system---three of them on at least one cable system I am familiar with.

Oh yes!  And we were military and were stationed in Germany for 5 years.  We were told to "learn the language, that most German's can speak English, but they will not."  We are in their Country so we learn their language.

So why don't the illegal aliens, who say they want to become citizens, learn the damn language?  I understand there is a part of LA in California that NO one speaks English.  What's UP with this?
