You're right. It sure had.
On the other hand, instead of throwing bombs everywhere, we'd better make sure we hit the actual targets we need to (the nuke facilities are going to need a LOT of oblitertion).

Schwartzkopf always said that troops on the ground were needed....after the air strikes.
