Clever
If only.
Would have been great if this weren't April 1.

Has anyone heard the Minutemen being called "Undocumented Border Patrol Agents"? I love that description!
Boy, that guy (those guys) must have really been desperate to have braved the dangers of toppling towers 2/3 as high as the length of a football field. He (they) must have thrown caution to the wind, disregarding the tons of steel and cable which could have cascaded down, out of control, threatening life and limb. Now, that's desperation. This is a time for calm, and for seeking out and dealing with the CAUSES, not just the symptoms.
The article points out the need for fullblown trade-school remedies for such people; but I think that is shortsighted. Each Spanish-language radio tower MUST henceforth display simple, yet thorough, instructions for blowtorching towers. The instructions should be in many languages, and laminated in plastic against the harsh desert conditions. I mean, come on -- if we don't do this, their blood will be on our hands! POR LA CAUSA!
On the other hand, rebuilding the radio towers will contribute to the American economy and towers can be legally demolished by those with the proper paperwork. So perhaps the real problem here is simply that the aspiring welder did not have such documentation, which is often difficult for poor or uneducated people to come by.
I love it!
Que bueno!
No cervesa, no trabajo.
"I agree with Mr. Duran, you cant have people wandering the Arizona countryside in the dead of night violating federal laws."
They do anyway, roam the Arizona in the countryside in the
dead of night, violating federal laws.
THEY'RE CALLED ILLEGAL ALIENS!
?bttt
Too funny!
I think most of the story IS true. The "illegal welder" is the only joke part. It is reported in the March 30th Arizona Republic newspapers. If it's a joke, it's a pretty extreme one. Time will tell.
Beautiful! LOL!
We need the Castillian Spanish approach with our borders. Hard line with benefits.
"The people in Spain consider their descendents in South America as a bunch of bums. It's elitist, Castillian stuff that has a class quality about it."
The Castillians are nuts. Most Mexicans are NOT bums.
Some of the greatest people in the world are
Mexicans or Mexican-Americans who live on
both sides of the borders.
But the illegals who run around protesting that we're
being unfair to them because the American people--according
to polls--DON'T want to give the illegals anything that resembles amnesty, are idiots.
Thanks for your information about the Castillians. The only other thing I really know about them is that the reason their pronunciation of Castillian is strange is because of a hold over of the people not wanting to or daring to offend the king, who had a, I think, a hare-lip condition.
I am not of Spanish descent. I am telling you about what is going on around the place. I am German, Polack and Ukie so I have no side except that I like women that speak Spanish. Easy to talk but hard to write. Especially Portuguese. That hill I will never climb.
Whatever you think about Madrid, they have a good idea.
Very strict also.
"A Hard Line with benefits."
LOL. Good perspective.
If you ever want a nice train ride, get the first class one to Geneva from the Orence train station. Nice bed with a little sink in the compartment to wash up in overnight. A little bar at one end of the car with drinks and little sandwiches and coffee if you don't feel like sleeping and a babe that runs it who speaks 4 languages. After your nighcap, go beddy-bye with the muffled ca-ckunk railroad sound until you get to Port Noir to switch tracks. Your train either goes to Switzerland or Italy from there. When you walk around Geneva and see everything costs about 300% more than what you are used to, you will high-tail it back to Spain and be satisfied with some sangria, paella, fresh bread and butter and hit on Spanish women from that point forward:):)
