Hey, Dane I have picked vegetables. If I lost my job and had to I would again. I heard somewhere that we have 70 some odd million people on welfare on this country. Rather than asking us, why don't you go ask them, providing of course that since there is work they can't receive welfare for that time period?
Or is that I have to not only subsidize illegal workers, I also have to subsidize people who have no good reason why they can't work?

I would love to see some kind of cite for that--that 1 in 4 Americans is getting his income from the government. Perhaps if you put in retirees on Social Security, you might get close to that number, but not like "welfare" as we understand it.
