A t-shirt and jeans is slutty? I wear t-shirts and jeans all the time, and I never considered myself slutty. Or is it the way Katherine Harris looks in the t-shirt? A woman with a good figured should wear, what, a jacket, a burka?

Is it the horse that bothers you? The cowgirl thing? Did you know that the horse and cattle industry in Florida dates back to the 1500s, making us the oldest cattle state in the nation? Did you know that we still rank in the top 10 cattle producing states in the nation today -- top two east of the Mississippi?

Did you know that the horse industry in Florida generates product valued at $2.2 billion and has an overall economic impact estimate at $7 billion? That there are over 900 horse farms in Florida involving 240,000 owners, service providers and employees?

I'm a native Floridian and a registered Republican, and Katherine Harris does not embarrass me in the least.

There is nothing "slutty" about that picture. Katherine looks beautiful.

Every time I hear her opposition use that term to describe her, I know she will win because of how low her opponents feel they need to go. If that's all the have, they have got nothing!

I much prefer a person who is comfortable in her own skin and able to dress like a human being than what some others advocate as "appropriate".

The Sentinel in Orlando has an article almost every day saying her campaign is in trouble. I am sick of hearing it. Why don't they post Nelson's record up against Ted Kennedy's and Hillary Clinton's and see who is the farthest left? (Hint: It ain't Ted or Hillary) Nelson has something to worry about running against a real conservative. That is why they have to discredit her from the beginning.
