Do you think he even cares why S.W. missed the state tournament his senior year? I wonder how the young ladies of Ohio sleep when Duke comes to town?

There was in fact a police investigation of this incident which concluded there was no evidence on which to bring charges. Kids who spoke to reporters about what happened said this particular young man did not touch the girl who made the allegation. But I assume you must have some personal knowledge of this incident which contradicts the police investigation and what the high school kids have said, because otherwise it would be irresponsible of you to be implying what you are. Perhaps you were also in the room with Kobe and that young lady, and can also tell us exactly what happened in that case? By all means please lay out the facts so we can all know.

Well, I have just seen the most unbelieveable interview on MSNBC -- Rita's show.

With the father, the subject of this thread.

Somebody's lying somewhere.

He said that she called him from the hospital at 8 a.m. the next morning; he said that her boy friend brought her home around 11:00 a.m.

He said she looked like she's been in a boxing match, swollen, beaten, had cuts on her legs. She said her leg was thrown out of joint -- and she told him that the doctors tried to put it back into place.

He said she she IDENTIFIED the THREE MEN positively, knew their names, and that she POSITIVELY IDENTIFIED them from photographs and said "I'd never forget those faces."

If she identified them three guys, why on earth did they test all 46 men?

And what pray tell what I implying that you would consider irresponsible? I made no statement of fact nor did I imply any not in the public domain or final resolution with regard to either incident. You have obviously made an inference not implied by my post.

I was not in the room in Ohio, Colorado or N.C. and neither were you and neither was Prof. Baker.

What I find odd is the huge leap you made to invent something in my post in order to call me irresponsible, but chose to remain silent to the direct and obvious implications of the Baker rant.

Thanks for sharing..
