Thats the problem, it IS Law if you are born in the US you are a US Citizen, that is the first Law that we need to fix...

It should stipulate that at least one Parent be a Citizen before the child is automatically a Citizen, that would really take a load off of our Hospitals and a lot fewer pregnant moms would be crossing the border

I was told that it is only for covered persons and that means permanent residents and a few other few catagories such as one citizen parent and the Cuban policy.. Am I misinformed??
