If not for the single tail the rest of that bird looks like a B-24 Liberator.

I spotted the same resemblance.

Alas, my bias is toward three...

I love Connies - graceful, beautiful aircraft. The L-1049G ("Super G") is possibly my favourite Connie.

When I was in 6th grade I flew from Albrook AFB in the Canal Zone to Charleston NC on a Constellation. I got to sit in the right seat for a while.....quite a thrill for a kid.

That was back in '61.
