The same degree of criminality associated with driving willy-nilly down the freeway or your neighborhood street over the posted speed limit, throwing hazardous materials (e.g., dead batteries) into the trash picked up at the curb, flushing paint solvents down the drain, skipping paying sales tax on purchases over the net. I do not see the same degree and intensity of moral outrage leveled against those drink and drive, or who don't buckle their seat belts or smoke in a non-smoking section of a restaurants.

If everyone outraged about this wanted to address the problem all they would have to do is make a citizens arrest.
