I heard the Cop isn't pressing charges. At first, I heard he was. :(

I actually can't blame him. I doubt she actually is strong enough to hurt him, and nomatter how lothesome someone is, I'd have trouble pressing charges over something that small.

But man, it sure would be fun to watch. McKinney doing the perp walk!

Think she'd yell at everyone in the holding tank that she was set up by 'Da JOOOOOOOSSSSS'?

Can the police force press charges on his behalf, or without his consent? It can't be good for their business or morale to have their people roughed up.

Dems are pissed this McKinney story cuts into the Abramoff news cycle. I can imagine the pressure on the Cap. police to get this behind them and out of the news coverage.

I wouldn't care if this was my favorite republican. Press charges. No one has the right to lay hands on another. These ass clowns need to be taught they are not above the law. Sorry, they already are thanks to us not putting them in their place earlier.

Have I missed something? What is all this "not pressing charges" stuff? I can't find anything about it anywhere else.
