My father fought on Iwo Jima to defend this Republic and the principles of our founding. True justice that respects the Warrior class that protects and allows this Country to prosper would be for this little varmint to be strung up and hung in the public square - no trial would be necessary. He openly and purposely showed himself to be an enemy of all that our country stands for. In my eyes it is an act of war. Anyone who is illegal here and openly defies and spits in our face should be treated as enemy combatants. Nothing stops tyranny quicker than incredible violence visited upon an enemy. It is a federal crime to fly an American flag upside down or to fly any other flag above the American flag (there are a few exceptions for US Naval ships at sea). These punks need to be imprisoned for a few years and then deported.

First, it would be nice to know what the actual states, second, why is he only being punished under the California Education Code and not under Federal Codes?

As for the federal crimes committed here, what would you venture that if charged under federal law there would be one count rather than two counts (one for flying an American flag upside down and one for flying any other flag above the American flag)?
