The saddest thing about this whole incident is that her constiuancy will not hold her responsible.
My experience is, black Democrats do not punish bad behavior at the ballot box. They relect people with questionable morality over and over again.

You don't mean like Marion Barry who was "set up by the b*tch"? Come on, don't be such a cynic.

They relect people with questionable morality over and over again.Nothing questionable about wife-beating, child-beating, check-bouncing Moran's, but Alexandria keeps sending him back to the House anyway.

Trouble with the law is a plus for her constituency - she'll get 110% of the vote next election.

Her constituency likes what she does/says, including this latest outrage, or they would not have elected her repeatedly. She has been "off the wall" many times. Who can forget her accusation that Bush had something to do with 9/11. In league with the Jews,no doubt, since McKinney is very friendly toward the Palestinkians. The difference this time is that she may have committed felony.
