Feingold is a whiny brat and one of the poorest excuses for a grown man I've ever seen.

Feingold says the Prez mislead when he repeatedly refers to the need for warrants for wiretaps. The Prez was specifically asked about the Patriot Act at that time and that is what he was referring to. Feingold cannot make HIS case without twisting and misleading.
