State-Sponsored Terrorism, Anyone?

One section of this report has already been widely cited, because it mentions a meeting between the IIS and Osama bin Laden: on February 15, 1995, the IIS met with bin Laden in Sudan, and he made two requests of the Iraqis that 1) they broadcast the speeches of a radical Saudi cleric; and 2) they coordinate in attacking foreign forces inside Saudi Arabia.

I predict that in 2007, the Pulitzer Prize will be given to the journalist that pieces together the connection between Saddam Hussein/Bin Laden/9-11. Of course, the blogosphere will have done all the work by then, but Pulitzer will let the MSM take the credit, and thereby save face for all those years of denying the connection.

That's an interesting prediction, given the reason you state! :)

That is the end of the "no connection between Iraq and bin Laden" tripe. Show it to your friends because you'll never see it on TV.

Be sure to scroll down and read the additional commentary from Ayad Rahim, translator of the Iraqi intelligence report in the story (like: Alcohol was banned, extreme tribal ways were advocated for dealing with women, and hundreds of women were beheaded in public (allegedly for prostitution, but actually for dissent), and their heads posted in front of their homes.

Iraqis, who witnessed on television Saddam's dealings with any and all terrorists, have considered him the world's biggest terrorist and have seen him ride whichever wind would prevail for him.

Lets put that on his tombstone !

Here Lies the Worlds Biggest Terrorist !

At any rate, the Iraqis were also masters at foreign diplomacy. Perhaps this was due to the torture devices found in their foreign embassies. But just look what they managed to do. The entire Arab world condemned his invasion of Kuwait. Then just 10 years later, he had convinced the Arab world that he should not be removed from power.

Why aren't these stories over the news? :\ The general public has no idea what's going on, other than the diatribe the MSM feeds them. It's frightening.
