Mine will be the most reviled by the status quo in American History.

She wil do that by setting us free again.

So you are more comfortable with waiting for a mass casualty event and then retalitating, and less comfortable with striking those who would strike us first.

How many dead Americans is your comfort level worth?

The "war" in Afghanistan was fought almost entirely with SpecOps and the Muj. The heavy forces weren't operational until after the Towelaban had been toppled.

The amnesty of illegals will finish off the middle class in this country. The pay for manufacturing jobs has lagged well behind inflation under Bush. Most new jobs created during his term are lower paying jobs, Sure there are certain areas where there is good pay but that doesn't help most middle class.

Again, Iraq had no viable WMD program. And I don't care about their internal politics. We have made more terrorists than we killed. I disagree with you about killing terrorists in Iraq. We didn't even fire a shot in the last big op and hundreds were allowed to escape Fallujah before we attacked. I have ex-Marine friends - officers who left the Corps over that one. We pay them to kill people and break things and the politicians let the bad guys get away to back shoot US soldiers. Unforgivable.

ISLAM will never change. My ancestors fought Muslims 1,000 years ago and would be pissed that we haven't finished the job.

Most ME governments that are "fighting" terrorists are only fighting the ones that aren't under their control. A large amount of money still flows from the Royals in Saudi Arabia to scumbags. But they are their scumbags. They talk out of both sides of their mouths.

No. Neither.
Not second guessing the President as (if you read my previous posts he is doing what he perceives to be his job with the best intelligence and tools at his disposal). But do you really think that, in the long run, having an empire that rules the world would not destroy our republic as surely as it did that of Rome?
just wondering; and damn glad *I* don't have to make those decisions.
If we are going to have an empire then let's just be upfront about it (and get on with it), instead of pretending that we are making the world safe for democracy or some such balderdash.

Insults advance the discussion nicely, but since you started it. How are things under your rock?

The only thing we or the MSM have ever known for sure about the WMD's is that we do not know where they are PERIOD. Why the left has been allowed to translate don't know where to never existed is baffling. Repeat a lie often enough and it becomes the truth is the operating system they are so
good at. That systems has been infected with a powerful virus, FR and the blogisphere.
