Illegal aliens marching in the street demanding rights? Politicians swooning at their feet?
How about they swoon at our feet? Worry about backlash from we the citizens! How about we give them a tug on the chain so they know who's in charge? How?
Everybody – and I mean everybody – take Friday off.
Not only does it tell the elites & their lackeys in D.C. that it's our country – not theirs – but it speaks the only language they understand: money. Hit them where it hurts.
If even a quarter of the people took this Friday off, that'd snap their heads around real quick.
EVERYBODY TAKE THIS FRIDAY OFF. It's a small, small price to pay to save the United States.

(VANITY) This angry letter to World Net Daily urges real Americans NOT to show up to work on Friday. This also happens to be Caesar Chavez day and a lot of rallys and walkouts are being organized. My question is... will this work? Half the work force in the Southwest will be at the protests (rallys) anyway. Wouldn't a better protest be to withhold Government paychecks?

I would love to go to DC for that purpose. Is anybody arranging such an assembly? That date would give me plenty of time to make arrangements.

A bunch of people at the FRee Republic (www.freerepublic.com) are trying to organize a national protest of the illegal alien situation at the Washington, D.C. Mall on the Sunday before Memorial Day.
Events there would include the burning of the Mexican flag and guest speakers denouncing the illegal alien situation. Hopefully some politicians can be persuaded to come and speak.
We are hoping that you could announce this on your radio show to see what kind of support it would generate.
If 500,000 illegals and their supporters can gather on the streets of L.A. we should be able to do much better.

Personally, I'm going to line up as many Mexican flags as I can on May 5th and burn them.
I have been in touch with FReeper kristinn about a D.C. rally.
He will get back to me later tonight. He says it needs to be done before the date I had in mind because the politicians are getting ready to pass some sort of bill about the illegals.
He mentioned that permits are free but a stage and a PA systen and sanitary facilities would have to be paid for, as well as clean-up costs and possibly insurance for the event. He seems to know a lot about it.
I will keep you posted as to what is going on.
