NEW PORT RICHEY -- A mother confronted a neighbor who allegedly raped her 7-year-old son and threatened to call police, but reportedly accepted $600 to let the man molest her son again, authorities said.
The 30-year-old unemployed mother was charged Tuesday with capital sexual battery and child abuse. The neighbor, Nicholas Quiles, 48, has been charged with capital sexual battery. Both are being held without bail. It couldn't immediately be determined Thursday if they had lawyers.

kill them both. VERMIN!!!!
I go back & forth on the death penalty - sometimes I think people should have as much time as possible to repent, other times I just get tired of screwing around. This time I'm tired of screwing around.
String them both up.
I hope that whoever gets custody of this 7-year-old boy will treat him well and love him. My heart breaks for this kid.
I'm hoping that "capital sexual battery" means that both of these excrescences are up for the death penalty.
No argument here. The death should be slow.
Get two ropes.
I'd like to hear backgrounds on these two.
Florida seems to attract this more then most states. Are they from here or did they slime their way from other locals?
beyond words
This boy went to his mother to protect him and she handed him over to the monster!!!
And people wonder how we 'grow' serial killers and men who grow up to hate women.
They need to be put to sleep...
what a terrible deal this boy got.
he cant even expect his mother to protect him.
rot in hell b!tch
That's what you do for a beloved pet whose suffering you're trying to alleviate in the kind embrace of a painless death. For creatures like this, that is way too mild a punishment. They need to be killed slowly and painfully, in public.
The mother is vile--what a poor excuse--animals treat their children better.
Jesus wept...
There are no words.
Toss them both into general prison population and let the other inmates deal with them for a few years. Then string them up.
Another Michael Jackson story?
