NEW PORT RICHEY -- A mother confronted a neighbor who allegedly raped her 7-year-old son and threatened to call police, but reportedly accepted $600 to let the man molest her son again, authorities said.
The 30-year-old unemployed mother was charged Tuesday with capital sexual battery and child abuse. The neighbor, Nicholas Quiles, 48, has been charged with capital sexual battery. Both are being held without bail. It couldn't immediately be determined Thursday if they had lawyers.

Sick beyond belief.
I have no words for this one. At least ones that would not get me banned.
In the Old Testament, the Hebrews were commanded to take those responsible for actions like this outside the city gates and stone them to death to "purge the evil from the land". Brutal way to go. Some have said that the rocks were not small ones but about the size of a 12-16 inch softball. You could probably hear the bones brake.
Yet, this was how God expected the Israelites to deal with evil in their land. This was accepted as "the punishment fitting the crime".
In our so-called "civilized" society, (where these people will probably do less than 10-15 years), I am amazed at how we have perverted justice in our land. We have gotten what we asked for. We do not HATE crime (SIN) enough to deal with it justly.
I say stone them.
In the New Port Richey case, Harrington said, it seems money motivated the unemployed mother, who has a criminal history of prostitution and drug possession.
Neighbors Rob and Jackie Willie said Wednesday the young family moved in less than a year ago, and they have seen the 7-year-old boy go alone to Quiles' apartment.
"I said to myself, 'Why is he going over there?'" Jackie Willie said.
The Willies said they have given the children food and clothes.
Quiles has no record in Florida of previous sexual abuse convictions.
The 30-year-old mother, meanwhile, pleaded no contest to marijuana possession in 1996, and the Pinellas court withheld a formal finding of guilt, records show.
In June, she pleaded no contest to a prostitution charge in Hillsborough County. Again, adjudication was withheld.
The mother and Quiles were being held without bail at the Land O' Lakes jail Wednesday.

I can think of more painful ways of that these two should go...
She should get life in prison. And never be allowed to see her son again. What a slimebag.
Stoning sounds good to me to. I really like the idea. Let the victims or families of victims get to stone killers and sex abusers to death.
This is all too usual.
While the left worries about AbuGhraib, they don't want you to know that female and male feminists do much worse in America under the guidance of judges, culture and lawyers and even cops.
People will more likely repent when facing certain death than a long time in prison.
Another Michael Jackson story?""
You reminded me- What is the status of Michael's money problems?
AAuthorities are caring for his animals since they cleaned all the employees off his Neverland Ranch. They hadn't been paid for weeks, and Michael is way behind in paying bank loans.
What is the latest? Anybody??
She should get life in prison. And never be allowed to see her son again. What a slimebag. ""
You forgot mandatory sterilization for all of them. NOW, to prevent her from creating another "child".
That's how Steve sees it. As I said, I go back & forth.
And people like this have been voting??? And running loose on the streets??? The miracle is that we're not in worse shape than we are.
Yep. This one's easy.
The mother deserves the same punishment as the pedophile. This is disgustingly subhuman.
There was something similar to this a while ago; a mother "offering" her 4 or 5 year old daughter to a stranger on the internet who luckily turned her in to the authorities.
The downward spiral of immorality is freaking me out lately.
I dunno but it is a good bet that Michael has a negative cash inflow and a tremendous debt that keeps increasing daily. Somewhere the two lines has to meet and I am willing to say within five years he will be at the doors of friends begging for help.
It does mean that, and hopefully they'll both get it.
