America needs a President brave enough to tell Vicente Fox to jump in a lake. We send factories and jobs to Mexico, and all Fox gives us in return are insults, not to mention truckloads of poor people. We should be slapping Mexico with reparations for all the billions we spend on programs for illegal aliens or at least demand more oil.

Mexicans generally regard California, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas as part of Mexico, that had been stolen from them. Now that these states are developed with a vibrant economy, they come to the US to take back what is historically theirs.
This is no joke. Several Mexicans have stated this to me as a matter of fact. The illegal alien "problem" is not about amnesty, or temporary work permits. It is about creeping, intergenerational reconquest of the Southern USA by Mexicans, since they have no hope to do so by force of arms.
This is also the hidden agenda of the Mexican government aided by such institutions as the church and the Mexican Army drug smuggling operation.
We simply should round up all illegals and ship them south, and wall off the border. Enforce the law as it is now.

I've heard that Mexico deports people who illegally cross over its southern border, coming from countries farther south, so they definitely are not only tolerating "illegal immigrants" from other places, they are talking out of both sides of their mouths. I am not soft on this matter but in a sense how can you blame him?
Fox and all Mexican leaders are the equivalent of the scoundrel father who sires 20 children and, when he doesn't feed or clothe them, finds that the local community is doing that very act. And when the community decides to thrust the children back on their family of origin, the father (scoundrel) gets inflamed.
We have met the enemy and he is us. Mexicans laugh at us and how we coddle the illegals, and how easy it is for illegals to get taxpayer benefits, and free education, court settlements for "bad" medical treatment, and sue decent Americans in court.
I am one of the few who do not find this to be a border issue. If only it were just a border issue. It is all the other matters that make immigration so maddening.

President Bush needs to enter into an agreement with the governments of El Salvador and Guatamala who have borders with Mexico to take all the Mexicans crimaliens ICE catches and take them to the border with Mexico. The border which the Mexican Army patrols and uses Guatamaleans and Salvadoreans wandering (or migrating) into Mexico for target practice.
The Mexican Army will be so overwhelmed by trying to keep Mexican nationals out of Mexico that they won't have time to run interference in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas for the crimaliens traffickers in drugs and human cargo.
Nevertheless, he shares the same views with Dubya on the illegal immigration issue.
So THEIR meeting will be labled “civil and dignified”,
and only Americans who oppose their proposals will be demonized as lazy, xenophobic racists.
