The hypocrisy of this guy is unbelievable. This is the same guy who signed Executive Order 41 -- which prohibits NYC employees from disclosing or even asking about a person's immigration status -- back in 2003. If the people who vote for this people bear some responsibility for any future attacks on police officers with "illegal guns," then surely this tiresome @sshole must bear some responsibility every time a crime is committed by an illegal alien.

Actually what you brought up is a good basis for a lawsuit against santuary cities. If a city or organization shelters an illegal immigrant, could they be held responsible for the crimes committed by the illegal immigrant? Atleast the FFL dealer sold the weapon by the number, these cities on the other hand flaunt the law in the open. It is like an FFL dealer refusing to obey the background check requirement and went ahead and sold a weapon to a buyer because he has strong beliefs in privacy rights. It is moments like this that I wish I had a law degree.
