She sees everything through a prism of white racism, and she thinks that a simple failure of a security guard to recognize her through all her changing hairstyles means that they think she's a maid, no matter that they're simply trying to do their jobs.

Bless her heart, she had important work to do for her constitutents (Blech!) was in a hurry. Did not have her official tags, but did have her ID. Bottom line---an unfortunate incident, but not her fault.
