Yes....Dr Dean is onto something here. The American people don't want our laws enforced and we don't want concrete solutions to the burgeoning problem of illegal immigration. There is a clear difference between the position of Dean and that of conservatives. Dean wants a pathway to citizenship for illegals that is what conservatives oppose.If illegals want to become citizens they must first migrate legally i.e. by returning to their country of origin and then apply legally to immigrate and then follow the normal application process for obtaining citizenship. There is no moving to the head of the line in the conservative plan.
