The people responsible for this tripe are ridiculous.
My husband is of Mexican extraction, I am of Russian/Jewish stock...Wonder where that leaves my kids? And do I have to leave, even though my ancestors came over in the last 100 yrs and never (that I know of) raped, murdered, enslaved or otherwise discomobulated a Mexican native?

To start with their whole premise that they are "indigenous" is wrong. The only indigenous people on this continent are the american Indians. Mexicans are part Indian and Part spanish, Spanish are not indigenous to the US. Plus, the Inidans that they are mixed with were never in the US but south of the border, even after they settled new Mexico, CA and Arizona(which wasn't with very many people, especially in NM and Arizona) they didn't mix with the US tribes.

Also, any so called latinos that come from below the mexican border have even less of a claim, which is zero to start with, then the mexicans.

We need to be ripping our senators and congress critters hard for this bs and ask why these people are not being arrested for advocating the overthrow of the US government.

Probably the same place it would leave me. I am Hungarian/Polish/German on my dad's side and Mexican on my mom's.
