First thing I said to my wife that morning as she sat sobbing on our coffee table watching the towers was fall was just that.
That now maybe we could toss political correctness and concentrate on restoring our cultural integrity and act like the world's most powerful nation in history ought to act.
but, I've come to the conclusion that the redress for past social inequality-injustice so shackles our common sense that it will ultimately destroy us.
we refuse to see Islam for what it is, we refuse to secure our borders, we refuse to squelch peversion and thuggery in our culture, we refuse to toss out illegal parasites, we refuse to condemn serial illegitimacy, we refuse to stop infanticide
why?
all because we are afraid to offend anyone "different"...be it race, ethnicity, religious, sexual perversions, or gender
mass neurosis
That about sums it up. We are the greatest nation on earth, but far from the proudest. When I was in school, we were taught to be patriotic. That is not the case now; and I don't know how a country survives when its children are told to be "open-minded" and not consider America to be any better than some 3rd world hellhole.
