Can you believe that a thousand years ago the ancestors of these same Swedes were marauding and pillaging themselves across Europe and even into the Mediterrean. There were none more feared as the Vikings/Norsemen. None more formidable warriors.

Even three hundred years ago Sweden was a major military power standing toe to toe with such adversaries as Russia. Russia itself was created by the Rus another set of Norsemen.
