When aided by the Mexican military, there is something to that.
Nope. Encroaching our borders in violation of our criminal codes and sovereignty makes them an invader. Bush's failure to respond to them as such makes him guilty of deriliction of duty as our Commander in Chief, and in violation of the sacred oath of office that he swore as our President.

And I don't recall any other immigrant group burning American flags or flying them upside down etc. And they all were treated pretty shabbily.
What defines the mexicans as invaders is they came here illegally.. they HATE us.. they HATE our history.. they HATE our traditions.. they HATE our culture.. they hate our heroes.. they HATE the Alamo.... They seek to TAKE what is ours in one form or another. INVADERS, plain and simple.
