I know a whole bunch of "native Americans" from The Nations in the US Southwest who say openly "bring it on, spic, we beat your ass in the 1800s, we'll kill you now!"  The biggest supporters of the Minutemen project are the tribal councils of The Nations whose lands are in the border region.  And the tribal councils don't have exactly the same scruples as the 9th circuit on due process for people invading our country their lands.

And did you hear the caller Ingrid from San Jose on Rush today?  A well known lib who has called Rush on a regular basis and provided hours of moonbat commentary.  It's obvious that Rush actually likes this lady and enjoys her rants.  He has always treated her with kindness and respect and she reciprocates, no matter how "out there" she gets.  But today she was all over "those people" for coming to this country and breaking the law, waving "their countries flag and disrespecting the United States."  She is a LEGAL immigrant from Germany and went through hell to get her, then went through the torturous process to become a citzen.  She even complained that she had to have tons of medical tests and the illegals have brought things like drug resistant TB to her neighberhood.  Rush said "I'm scared, I'm verry scared, you agree with me!"

The legal immigrant community is being demonized by the amnesty crowd when they include them in their arguments and they aren't pleased.  They WORKED for what they have and these folks come and spit on them.  That definitely includes the legal Hispanic immigrants. And some politician without his head up the MSM behind is going to figure that out and change this debate completely.

If Lil' Ms. Hidalgo wants to pay us the inflation-adjusted price of what those 525k sq. miles cost today, and does the same with the $3.25 mil. of debt we ate that "her homeland" owed us, then she can have California and the rest back too!

Otherwise, she really needs to STFU and maybe read a history book or two.

Actually Mexico did not hold much of the USA and what it did hold it did not hold for very long...

Spain held it longer but Spain is not Mexico...today's Mexican actually 'stole' it from Spain via revolution...maybe they should give it back to it's rightful owners....

People only hear what they want to hear in order to justify their means to an end...

They certainly wont admit to the truth...as the truth does not provide them with the rationale they will need to do what it is they desire to do to us Americans given half a chance...

Here's a history lesson for the ill informed
The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, which ended the Mexican American war and formalized the conquest and appropriation of half of Mexico's territory into what is now the United States Southwest. The treaty guaranteed Mexican origin people in the appropriated territory "the enjoyment of all the rights of citizens of the U.S according to the principles of the Constitution" (Article IX).
So this Makes California our homeland and the reason we do not look like the Indigenous(NOT INDIANS)people of Mexico and the Southwest is because yes, we can trace our roots to Spain but we can also trace them to the land we are on today. Because our roots are also that of the Indigenous people of Mexico. When the treaty went in to effect some 158 years ago we were the Mexicans you see today.
And let me ask you this can you honestly say that this is your homeland by your comment? If I don't look like in (your words) the "Indians" I'm willing to bet that you don't look like them as well.
