Doesn't strike the chord of rage within every Vet...retired, active, or reserve...and/or US Citizen, I don't know what will.

They may start burning our flag at the next rally.

Oh and one other thing..

Controversies ALWAYS tend to push people into more entrenched and radical views than they start out with. The moderate middle is usually made a no-man's land. That happened in the American Civil War. That is what I fear the most.

I honestly wished Narby's pollyannish views were workable.. and they MAY be from a unified position of strength with a clear message from all americans.

We have got to unify on this and only THEN can we maybe offer some sort of compromise solution to the illegals that are already here.

But I'm not going to talk that talk now. We have a major threat to our nation and way of life. Time to get tough first.

Friend of God writer, eh? :}

That picture of the mexican flag flying over the upside down Amercian flag should be sent to the White House - Congress - the Senate and all the conservative talk show hosts.

They need to be asked - 'What's up with this!!!' The MSM won't show it - but I'll bet the talk shows will give it a big play and many have web sites to post this picture and bypass the MSM.

A short while ago, I had a conversation with an offical from the Montebello Unified School District. I won't name his job title, because I didn't ask permission to reprint. Anyway, I caught him just coming out of a meeting, and I can presume what the meeting was about at this late hour.

I may be repeating some things already known here, but bear with me, if you will.

The MUSD official stated that the incident of disrespecting the U.S. flag took place yesterday, Monday, at Montebello High School. He stated that this was done by some in a crowd of approx. 1,000 students who had marched from other school districts, such as Pico Rivera, Whittier and Norwalk. According to him, there was a police presence along the march, which tried to "contain" the situation.

I basically gave him what's for as to how these photos are affecting people across the nation and told him to convey that to students across that area. He tried to tell me that this was all about H.R. 4437. I said that is totally an excuse. This anarchy has nothing to do with that bill.

They are not being taught that this is the United States, that we are a nation of laws, and that those laws must be obeyed by everyone and addressed through the proper channels. I said, obviously, these students are not being correctly informed in their classrooms and instead are being fed propaganda.

People, I really feel that the root of this is in the teachers in our schools and I plan to visit the nearest middle school tomorrow.

Before that, I had a conversation with an LAPD official, who informed me that much is being done "behind the scenes" to contain the anarchy in the streets. Because, initially I questioned her as to why LAPD and CHP allowed a mob to take over a freeway and shut down traffic. In actuality, she confessed to me that she is frustrated too. Plus, the fact, they are dealing with another shooting today, this time of a female deputy sheriff in South Gate.

She did state that "They are not going to get away with it tomorrow." So, don't hold your breath.

Whenever LEOs are shot in this state, it is always Hispanics who are the perps and always gang-bangers.

Do not blame the police, per se, but the constraints under which they operate, which are many, starting with the Warren Commission. Yes, Christopher Warren and the L.A. Police Commission were the ones who called in the feds who issued the Consent Decree. This was all subsequent to the Rodney King case.

I did not get a clear explanation from the school official as to how the kids will be punished, but his office is the one that would decide that.

"These mexicans will win in the end if we force a fight."
They are winning now without a fight with the help of the GOP and spineless cowards that can not find a cause worth fighting for.

"Just like the EU will soon be muslim."
The reason that the EU will be muslim is because they let every raghead around into their country.

If we follow your logic we will also fall.

Here's my e-mail to the President:

President Bush,

First we need to close the borders. Second: employers of illegals must suffer severe consequences. Stiff fines and jail time. Enforcement on that point is essential.

Illegals who are arrested or found for any reason should be subject to immediate deportation.

All of the bills under consideration at this time are inadequate and unacceptable.

I supported you in 2000. I supported you after the election of 2000 to keep your rightful win. I supported you for re-election in 2004. You have abandoned me and your country on this issue. Your inaction has been shameful and your rhetoric about it is shameful.

I hate having to speak to you this way but it is the simple truth. I'd say it to your face.

Yours, TigersEye, (my town), CO 80XXX

Sorry I didn't report in to you earlier, MinuteGal.

But the issue is whether that makes them 'filthy invaders'

Get over the poo-poo word thing, will you?

My family somehow managed to survive the "drunken harp" tag, which was an add-on to "filthy invaders."

One of the rules of gaining and keeping power or controlling the agenda is to have an opposition you control. That way when you have them do outrageous things they will drive the people in the direction that you want them to go.

Good show. And thank you for having the courage to take a stand against the Meatheads in that district.

Our side could really use a little less talk, and a lot more action.

Buddy, in California, I saw first hand how working class neighborhoods that were low crime decline into barrios. South LA county is a prime example, aslo the San Fernando valley and many parts of San Jose as well.

What a member of the working class earns is way above what an illegal earns. So the correlation between income and crime rate holds

As for the 44% figure, much of that 44% came from Cubans in FL

Yes, those are the traditionally Republican voters, but most of the increase over 96 and 2000 doesn't come from them.

and 3rd, 4th and 5th generation Mexican Americans in Texas and New Mexico

So they are assimilating.

, states where voters who were mostly immigrants or 2nd generation had the Hispanic vote over 2-1 for Kerry.

Now, that's rather dubious logic. In all four border states most of the hispanics are first and second generation. If Bush04 only got 33% of those votes there's no way he could get 44% nationwide with just the FL Cubans (63% going for W, I beleve).

If Americans aren't scared by this then our society has come completely off the rails. The distance between these "peaceful protests" and mayhem is very short indeed. The socialist puppetmasters behind this manufactured spectacle are almost certainly counting on violence to emerge.

Lest I violate the rules of FR, I think it's safe to say such a move would trigger unintended consequences.

Just checked in on the inmates at the asylum (Democratic Underground.)

They aren't even talking about this. They have only two forums, each with only four repsonses.

They are scared of what they have wrought. They've created a Frankenstien's monster by calling Republicans and other sensible poeple racist for wanting to control the borders. And now they have no answer (except to legalize the illegals.)

Oh yeah, the police offical already signed me up for a 10-week "Police Academy." LOL It's for civilians to meet once a week and learn how the police do their job. She also encouraged me to organize my neighbors.

Another mention: The way the school official dodged the issue of how the students will be punished. He went into how they came from other schools and they weren't sure who they were. I said, I am looking at photos from the Whittier newspaper. I'm sure you have seen these photos too. Find those kids, arrest them, expel them, punish them severely. Do they realize they have basically challenged us to war? I told him the reaction is that people across the nation are getting locked and loaded.

Now...sir, would you like to try teaching these student proper civics?
