This is a parody article. However, the double standard in Mexico is jaw-droppingly profound. They treat Central American illegals with absolute brutality. I just wish the shyte flowed down from us in similar fashion.

They treat Central American illegals with absolute brutality. I just wish the shyte flowed down from us in similar fashion. Great point! But you see, when the Mexicans defend their sovereignty, oh they can be very thought... they can be very "macho" about it.... Oh the sanctity of their nation... but when it comes to the U.S. oh, that is different... "we are dealing with "gringos" (idiots, in this case). The United States is a country that is ASHAMED of being what we are... we feel guilty about everything...

The things they were saying are true though. We can't work there, we can't own property there, we can't become citizens there. The merger Bush is pushing is a one way deal only -- they can come here and take from us, we can only go there if we have money to give them. I suggest no American go to Mexico (it isn't safe), and boycott mexican products, to the extent possible. Obviously, we're too deep in the briar patch to boycott them entirely.
But for me, no more mexican food, and that is a hardship.
