Also, the article said the Germans were the smartest. But it appears the Dutch and the Germans tie, which means that the Germans aren't the smartest.
It would be interesting to see if the breakdown of "The British Isles" into England, Scotland, Wales and Ulster would leave the English or Scots with the lead.
I'm willing to bet that Scotland is the brainiest of all of the UK countries, though I could be wrong.
