Same here. This was this generation's Pearl Harbor, yet there seems to be something of a collective amnesia setting in.
May the souls of those who suffered islam's perfidy rest forever in the arms of God. And may those responsible for this atrocity forever bear eternal pain and agony in the fiery pits of hell for what they've done.

The reason the amnesia is setting in is because this "Pearl Harbor" hasn't been followed up with a mass casualty war. Tertullian said, "the blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church" (paraphrased). The blood of these martyrs is the seed of a continuing democracy. However, I believe there will need to be additional bloodshed before the people stand up to fight for that democracy.
