Assuming you're watching C-Span like me, did you hear Kennedy say Kyl is from Kentucky? Or, did I misunderstand? I just tuned in and missed Cornyn, but it sounded like Kyl was just about by himself.
No....Kyl isn't by himself...he has Cornyn and Sessions on his side..and I think, Sen. Grassley...but that is it..
Hatch has "passed by proxy" on all votes...so we don't know what side he would be on.
IOW..Kennedy, who doesn't even know what state the other Senators are from...should be disqualified. LOL
He doesn't even say yes or no ...he just grunts into the microphone...what a disgusting human being.
BTW..Specter just slapped down a Sessions amendment...
I was just wrong..on VOICE vote...Specter said Session's amendment was defeated.
Sessions asked for a roll call vote..and it PASSED..what a jerk Specter is.
