I was just wrong..on VOICE vote...Specter said Session's amendment was defeated.
Sessions asked for a roll call vote..and it PASSED..what a jerk Specter is.

Thank you for the updates!! I keep running out and missing the action. I hate Kennedy and Specter the most. Kenn looks all sloppy drunk, as per usual. Specter just looks evil, imo.
