Students stage walkout protest over immigration

School unsure how to deal with walkout

(3/27/06 - KTRK/HOUSTON) - Houston students took to the streets Monday morning to protest the proposed overhaul of the nation's immigration laws.

More than 100 students from Eisenhower High School walked out of class and began walking down Highway 249. They're upset by President Bush's controversial changes for immigration laws.
