By Chad Previch The Oklahoman Pawnee - A man who received a suspended sentence after being convicted of raping a 13-year old girl was arrested Friday on a complaint of violating the sex offender act. Friday afternoon Pawnee County Sheriff Roger Price arrested Bryant on a complaint he did not notify authorities of moving to a mobile home in Stillwater.

Pawnee County Sheriff Roger Price is evidently going to play hard ball with this convicted child rapist. Judge Sellers released Bryant recently after suspending his sentence. We the jury found him guilty and recommened he serve 30 years. In one article I read, Sheriff Price promised that Bryant would not fall thru the cracks. Nice to know that someone in Pawnee County is looking out for the 13 year old girls.....

This is becoming a real pattern with these liberal anti-punishment judges actually functioning on the bench -- an atrocity onto itself. State's that do not pass Jessica's Law, should have their decision makers fired and restricted from practicing law in any form.

What are the people of this country going to wise up to the sickness and perversion of liberalism, and squash it??

News of the future: "ACLU suing OK Sheriff for police harassment of Bryant and violating his Constitutional Rights."

The ACLU could give a s*** less about that poor girl's constitutional rights. All they care about are the perverts and criminals that perpetrate heinous crimes like this. They are beneath contempt.

They haven't done it yet but I expect they will, since they came to the defense of NAMBLA.

There should be a double hanging, the rapist and the judge who suspended the sentence.

It is great to see that Sheriff Price is doing his job to protect the public.

Judge Sellers, who in effect nullified the jury's verdict in the Bryant case should be given serious scrutiny and probably be removed from the bench.

Although the MSM and the Dems hate them, I doubt anyone on this site has any trouble understanding the need for mandatory sentencing laws.

Its not as uncommon as it might seem. I've seen it myself, with a relative.

Sexual assault in the home by a step father. Guy gets house arrest and is allowed to keep his job. Victim goes and lives with aunt. Victims mother continues to live with the perp instead. Only moves out when DCFS decides to take the kid unless she leaves the perp.

Whole time the momma was trying to get the girl to "forgive" the perp and move back in.

FL 20 years ago.

Tears your damned heart out. My ideal afterlife will be to be put in charge of hell and making sure the torments of folks like this recieve are as absolutely strong as possible.

The most horrific crime in my memory is still John Evander Couey's horrific kidnap and murder of of that precious child Jessica Lunsford. That monster buried that porr child alive. If ever there was a person deserving of the death penalty (the gas chamber should be brought back into service just for him) it's Couey.
