We need serious discussion about this senate seat.
Losing this one is not an option!
Ideas are welcome....please.

Agree completely. Nelson will NOT be easy to beat. He hasn't done anything publicly stupid. He hasn't gotten his girlfriend pregnant and divorced his blind wife to marry her, as my Republican congressman has. Nelson's wife Grace is beautiful and sweet and works the Florida women 24/7... and rampant liberalism isn't enough to get a sitting Senator defeated this year.
How good a campaigner is Nelson? I was in a synagogue at a Bas Mitzvah with him once. He was saying the prayers with the rest of the congregation... in Hebrew!
Who could run against Nelson with a chance to beat him?
Jeb could have but he is VERY tired.... and then there is Columba.
Charlie Crist and Bill McCollum have races.
Toni Jennings could have been either Senator or Governor but didn't get a war chest started nearly early enough.
Glenda Hood is gone.
Tom Feeney; way too early.
Andy Crenshaw; too early.
Joe Scarborough; has another great job.
Foley; personal problems.
KH; Dems have taken a blood oath to defeat her. For them it's 2000 vindicated. ... and she is helping them.
I worry that we will not win FL this year.
Got any suggestions?

1) Stop illegal immigration
2) De-fund PBS/NEA/Dept. of Education
3) Start zero-based budgeting for every program
4) Sunset every program that fails to demonstrate its efficacy
More later ...
