Your solution?
Some will have to die before that happens. To get the ones that need killing the most will require assistance from friendly Muslims, who most on this thread don't believe exist and would cheerfully incinerate.
We can't kill 'em all. It's not technically feasible. All we can do is kill off the city dwellers and take out their religious centers. Many seem to think that is a simple thing to do. Many seem to think nuking Mecca wil solve everything. It won't.
Burning down the barn may rid it of rats, but it doesn't do much for the other live stock.
