Conservative Republicans has become an oxymoron!
Hispanic vote.
Of course as always ignore the Republican alternative being offered by Frist that puts enforcement first. The one Dopy Harry and his Democrat Senators are vowing to fillibuster. But that right, it is not about the facts, it's about the in the closet DNC mouthpieces here on Free Repubic spreading as much hate Republican propaganda as possible.
WE have or soon will have mob rule.
This is called democracy.
The government makes laws that no one really has to pay attention to - eh?
The GOP smells, the rats are beyond putrid. Split our vote as the 'lil general did in 1992 and we'll have eight more years of clintonism.
The answer is to reform the GOP.
It seems the only thing that is bi-partisan in this Congress is its wish to give our country away to Hispanic illegals for the Hispanic vote.
And Illegals are massing and protesting in our own streets with impunity!
WTF has happened to our once great country?
Illegals should get amnesty for breaking immigration laws when citizens get amnesty from the IRS for breaking tax laws. Fair is fair.
How does failure to enforce existing law justify or enhance the passage and enforcement of another set of laws?
Well said.
Throw the bums out!
What do you expect from our Senate?!?!?
Don't get me started ...
Where did the writer dream up this idea from? Most of the Senators are not far from the center, because they have to win state-wide. Of course, senators from all-lib states like NY, CA, and MA can be kooks, and there are some Western states where a senator can be a conservative. However, you have to be a moderate to win state-wide in most states.
Senators Fighting Over Who Can Flood U.S. With Most Foreign Workers
The Senate will return March 28 to debate proposals to add tens of millions of permanent foreign workers and their dependents over the next decade. The newest proposal by Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN) (S. 2454) was touted as a more limited proposal than the giant amnesties being promoted in the Senate Judiciary Committee. But Sen. Frist's bill would allow 20 million more permanent immigrants to settle over the next 10 years. That compares to 25 million more under the McCain/Kennedy amnesty bill (S. 1033) and 30 million more under the Specter amnesty bill (no bill number). Americans who desire a less congested and more worker-friendly future can press their Senators to support an effort to substitute a bill like the one that overwhelmingly passed the U.S. House in a bi-partisan vote in December. H.R. 4437 would allow 9.5 million permanent immigrants over the decade, compared to 10 million if Congress does nothing. But, at least, H.R. 4437 provides far more tools than any of the above Senate bills to reduce the current illegal alien population.
You DNC mouthpieces don't fool anyone by posturing as ultra Conservatives while posting 100% Hate Republicans propaganda. Your actions betray you.
First they came for the gardening jobs
and I did not speak out
because I was not a gardener.
Then they came for the construction jobs
and I did not speak out
because I was not in construction.
Then they came for the computer jobs
and I did not speak out
because I was not a computer programmer.
Then they came for my job
and there was no one left
to speak out for me.
