If so .. then it sounds like we are ok .. but the kos kids at the Daily Kos will take a hit

Kos does alot of that kind of advertising

I think all of the material I converted to text and posted relates to "what constitutes unregulated individual action?" not to regulated PAC or candidate action. I'd have to read more of the rules to learn the rules about regulated action.
