so what does that mean? does that mean the candidate X, or some PAC group, cannot place a web ad anywhere on the internet - 30 days before an election? If so .. then it sounds like we are ok .. but the kos kids at the Daily Kos will take a hit

not trying to be picky, but the devil is in the details and the legalesse of all this.

Kos does alot of that kind of advertising.Actually, this seems to specifically target only the advertisers, while exempting the content.

Jim is wise way beyond his years. How many time do we hear, advertise on FR, generate more money via ads, etc. Especially during the freepathons. BTW, good work you do on that.
