John Bolton has hoist them on the petard of their own devotion to higher taxes on the one hand and their blind faith in the UN on the other hand. I also think it's time that Russia and China started picking up some of the peacekeeping chores. They hardly ever contribute and when they do it's in a very minor capacity. If they are going to be on the Security Council, then they should provide some security.
