Individual states have the power to ban travel to foreign nations by US citizens? When did they get this?
That's an interesting point. I still don't expect to see any state that has set up guidelines against abortion, to simply allow an 'internal' 'nation' to circumvent the intent of their laws. I'm not sure how this will play out, but I do expect to see some reaction from such states, which may include something along the lines of what I've mentioned.
