Can anyone clarify for me....this document is regarding wmds from 1987. Is it disputed by the left that Saddam had the wmds at that time?

"Special Amunition"... where have we seen that term before?

I think it was in a more recent translation of another doc. If this confirms "Special Amunition" = WMD then this could be something.
