In fact it was more like 6 months and it was plenty of time for the terrorists to come to Iraq, get trained by the Iraqi regime, and prepare their weapons caches, their hide out place, organization structure, communication tool, etc… But on the long run this is good for us because the Islamic terrorists from all over the world made Iraq the center front of the war on terror and they wanted to fight us there, and it is in Iraq where we are annihilating them and soon we will have the ultimate victory.

These guys in the picture that you posted are Feedaeyeen Saddam and they are Iraqis. The document that I translated talk about non Iraqi Arabs terorrists and how to train them and use them as suicide bombers. The document call them Feedaeyeen Arabs and in between parentheses (Estshaddeyen) i.e (Suicide martyrs). The document shows a great proof of Saddam Regime training and supporting the non Iraqi Arab terrorists who have been killing the Iraqis for the last three years.

These guys in the picture that you posted are Feedaeyeen Saddam and they are Iraqis Feedaeyeen.

But they are wearing the suicide belts and I thought Feedaeyeen Saddam didn't. I wouldn't rely on NBC knowing who these guys might really be.
