$3 billion in aid loss is a pretty serious punishement. And, let's not try and pretend we don't spy on our friends either. But, for $3 billion we should be treated just a tad bit better.

While I agree with your sentiment here, the problem is that that is not in accordance with our present laws. The laws apparently say that the guy should have been freed by now.
