What's up with the title of this article? There are very few non-hispanic illegals in Hoover, so naturally most of the cases involve hispanics. The title is slanted, but coincidentally correct.

The point is, are there legal Hispanics in Birmingham being ordered to "leave state"? No. Unless he's targeting them for the color of their skin and not their legal status, the headline is wrong.
