Gregory just defended the President Says he doesn't think the President went into Iraq recklesslyGregory also had to concede that W's agenda was balls-to-the-walls, which he apparently admired.

To: Laverne
Very important point here. Everyone(msm types)all demand and instant war with instant results. We need more spokespeople on our side getting the word out that it doesn't work that way.

I usually don't watch Sunday Morning shows but I wanted to catch Face the Nation with the VP. I like Bob Schieffer and so far he's doing a great interview. The VP is ready and he's sharp.

Did you mean to say "would not?"
To: jonsie
Great point. Murtha isn't just against war or the military, he's against our military, President Bush or Republicans succeeding. Nor does he seem to remember the failures we have suffered because of Democrat leadership.
To: Morgan in Denver
The murtha/fat tim interview is so pathetic. Now they are talking about firing everyone they don't like because of the war. Ho hummm. Wonder what Andrew Wilkow is doing.

Dick Cheney on FTN: "I think Senator Kennedy reflects a pre 9/11 mentality." LOL!!!
"Senator Kennedy's approach would be: "Pack your bags and go home."
"I think Ted Kennedy has been wrong from the very beginning, he's the last man I would go to on Security policy."
To: Morgan in Denver
Cheney is AWESOME! LOL; good old Bob put up a quote from Teddy using the DNC term of the day "dangerously incompetent". Cheney goes on to the pre-9/11 democrats, and that the democrats are unable to protect the country, unable to face the treat of terrorists, says no one would turn to Kennedy for any leadership on foreign policy, etc. He is doing wonderfully. Bob really shows his democrat leanings with the way he asks his question. Pushing the "incompetence" story-line. Cheney shuts him down good! LOL; Cheney has his smirk on in answering the stupid questions by Bob! It, like the Smack-down of Juan on FNS today is MUST SEE TV! :-)
